  1. คำถาม • ขอทราบ ขอบเขต + บทบาท ของคณะกรรมการและ แผนการทำงานที่คลอบคลุมในแต่ละขอบเขต/บทบาท (พร้อมเหตุผล) • ขอทราบ เป้าหมาย การดำเนินการในแต่ละแผนงาน • ขอทราบอุบัติการณ์สำคัญในช่วง2-3 ปีที่ผ่านมา และแนวโน้ม • ขอทราบการดำเนินการในข้อ2 ที่สอดคล้องกับอุบัติการณ์ในข้อ3 หรือแผนงานของคณะ • ขอทราบการดำเนินการตาม surveillance recommendation • ขอทราบผลงานการพัฒนาสำคัญที่ ทีมท่าน ร่วมทำกับทีมต่างๆ เช่น ระบบ IC,HRM, ศูนย์พัฒนาคุณภาพ
