  5. Periodical Mail Transport • Atlantic Offshore • Mail is routed via ground transportation to the Jacksonville Bulk Mail Center for processing and tender to the contracted cargo shipper. • Arrives at the BMC within 1-2 days, if the origin facility is within 800-1000 mile radius.

  6. Atlantic Coast Ship Schedule There are two contracted carriers Horizon Line and Sea Star Carriers alternate scheduling each month.  Horizon Line – July Sea Star – August Bothcarriers sail on Tuesday and Friday only Total transit time ~ 3 days

  8. Periodical Mail Transport • Pacific Offshore • Mail routed via ground transportation to the San Francisco BMC or Oakland Intl. Svc. Fac. (ISF) for processing and tender to the contracted cargo shipper. • Mail arrives at the BMC/ISF within 1-2 days, if the origin facility is within 800-1000 mile radius.

Periodical Mail Transport • Oakland ISF • Periodical Hub – Oakland P&DC • Performs distribution for mail destined to Honolulu HI 967-968 • Oakland ISF Loads and tenders to carrier (Matson) • San Francisco BMC • Processes volume for Guam 969 and neighboring islands • Loads and tenders to carrier for sailing via Honolulu
