  1. d-VISION is a unique project, aimed at cultivating excellence and training future leaders in the fields of industrial design. Inspired and created by Mr. Sami Sagol, owner and chairman of Keter Group, the program serves to fill the missing link between Academia and Industry. • Participants are Israel's design academies most outstanding graduates, who, over the two year course of the program, are given the opportunity to experience the best practical training available at Keter's novel Research and Development facility. • Through hands-on experience, and the opportunity to meet with managers, clients and professionals directly, the program enables the interns a unique venue to show their talent and abilities. • The program includes a scholarship towards a Masters degree in design, personal development and leadership courses, a continuing education program, including experimental research projects, lectures and visits abroad. Some of the interns will be offered a position within the Keter group, whilst others will enter the employment market. • Contact us: d-vision@keter.co.il

  2. malka This chair has two seating positions. When turned upside-down, we discover a whole new chair. Each one of the different positions offers us a different kind of seating option. The chair is made of one solid plastic unit and enables us to place a newspaper or a bag in the space between the seat and the backrest.

  3. noam This chair is made of two plastic units; the seat “floats” within the exterior shell and closes off the structure. The two different units enable a unique coloring scheme.

  4. piercing The look and feel of the two thin layers was accomplished by putting two plastic units together. The metal legs of the chair are imbedded through the two units, while the double backrest enables a light and pleasant bounce.

  5. chocolate The classic plastic chair gets a new interpretation when it is made of two layers that demonstrate space and volume between them. The top part of the backrest “drips” over the legs, creating a sense of combined weightlessness and mass.

  6. dylan The original look of this chair was created by the way in which all of its straight parts come together and meet in sharp angles. The pointy look, taken from the world of aviation, does not effect the comfort of this chair, which is actually enhanced by its spaciousness and wide armrests.

  7. spine The color-schemed combination of this chair was created by using a new structure that is made of three parts. The right and left armrests and legs are attached to the main spine off the backrest and the seat.

  8. casper This chair is made of two units of different materials. The contrast between the transparent part and the seat puts an emphasis on the sitting area.

  9. zvoov This chair stands out because of its unique armrests, which enable a secure place to hang a bag – a necessary issue when sitting in public cafes. The chairs shape is derived from a whole shape, and consist of two plastic units and metal legs.

  10. breeze Most plastic chairs are based on a standard form that opens upwards. This chair is based on the innovative idea of opening sideways; this creates an interior spine and reinforcing lines that resemble a fishbone. The chair has numerous modular assembly options for the armrests and different colored side covers.

  11. opus This chair is made of two units and creates a round space, offering a sense of volume. The two units can create a number of different color combinations, giving each chair a unique look.

  12. infinity The shape of the chair is actually a knotted loop that one of its sides was “squashed” down to create the backrest. This sculpted shape projects a sense of comfort due to the bounciness of the backrest. The chair is made of one plastic unit with aluminum pipes attached to it.

  13. ganash This chair’s units can be assembled in a number of ways, giving us a choice of different types of chairs. A café style chair can be changed into a bar chair by simply switching around a few parts. Sheets of leather are imbedded onto the plastic seat and backrest, giving them a new look suited for a café.

  14. laura Today’s technological ability to combine different materials into one injection has created, in this chair, a new mixture of transparent plastic and flexible synthetic rubber. The seat is soft and pleasant to touch and the special material also circles around the chair, similar to the ring of a collar.

  15. quarter The innovative aspect of this design is seen in the combination of wood and plastic used for this classic style, which was created in the past by carving the chair out of a block of wood. The reminder of this old-fashioned style is seen on one leg only, which is there to tell the tale in a summarizing manner.
