Ticket support system: OTRS • OTRS : Open-source Ticket Request System • Free and open-source ticket software used to assign tickets to incoming client queries • Since March 2012 for Bankscope support • Address : bankscope@bvdinfo.com • Aim : single point of contact and the client is informed of the status of his question • Other products : Orbis, Amadeus, Diane, Oriana and FACT.

Bankscope Support Site - Scoperequest • Requests for updates • Available on www.bankscope.com/support • Clients : Internet, DVD and FACT • Same credentials as on Bankscope internet • Access has to be given to the client on Admin site • Advantages • Standardize the clients request and minimize errors • Single interface with search possibilities • Follow-up their request status

  5. Export limitation • Standard subscription: desktop usage, 500 records exported /month • Per client, not per user • Record= statement=index number • Concerns only export concerning financials • Does not apply to Universities and datafeed licence. • Export of ratings is forbidden.

  13. Datafeed Clients that want to have their limit expanded need to acquire a datafeed licence: 1)The client needs to fill in a usage statement. 2) The usage statement has to be sent to BRO and/or CVG 3) Price will be validated by Fitch 4) BRO and/or CVG will return to the sale with a quote

Help tools • Downloader tool for DVD users • Clients candownload the content of the DVD as soon as the data are validated by Fitch. • Available on ftp :ftp://ftp.bvdep.com/Public/Bankscope/Downloader/downloader.msi • Avoidfactory and shipping delay PS: switch dvd clients to the web version is the preferred solution (daily update and no installation issues).

  19. DVD Passwords / Mailing • 2 Bankscope DVDs per month • Mailing letters (pdf) for US and Latin America clients sent to NY office. • If new DVD client: 1) Add in MMS web http://bankscopemms.custo.bvdep.com
