OLTP Replication - approach • eSeva is being replicated in all municipal areas with main servers at the district level • Plan to utilize infrastructure and services of eSeva at district level • Use the 5000 rural kiosks • Being created as micro-enterprises under a separate project • Aim at adding services progressively • Add kiosks as per market demand

Estimated Investment for rolling out OLTP • Phase I – Replicate in two full districts • Covering 7-8 departments that deliver key citizen services • estimate around $ 2 million in each district • Phase II – Replicate in remaining districts • Estimate around $ 30 million • Strengthening back-end services - $ 12 million • A Quick estimate - $ 46 million • PPP model recommended • With Govt participation ~ 60 % • Service Charges to be collected from citizens
