  1. Generator Out (Check-it-out) (Any phase < 70 Volts Light comes ON) Note: if GEN failure during taxi, GND STOP FVL Normal Pwr indicator relay or TR in generator control 1. LEAVE GENERATOR ON and MONITOR Note: if turn off, may not be able turn on again FV Normal L Zero Generator contactor not energized 1. GENERATOR - OFF and MONITOR FVL Zero 1. GENERATOR - RESET, then OFF 2. If return to Zero - DISCONNECT or ESP FV Abnormal 1. GENERATOR - OFF and MONITOR

  2. AC Bus Off (Turn-it-off) Essential AC Bus Failure 1. GENERATOR - OFF ensure load picked up, if not, figure out what is lost 2. FVL - CHECK FVL normal & nothing broke-CONTINUE FVL abnormal - lv GEN off & MONITOR FVL zero - DISC or ESP 1. ALL PROPS - MECH GOV 2. GEN (Essn AC) - OFF, Check FVL If FVL Zero follow GEN OUT If power restored, PROPS - NORM If power not restored, 3. ANTI-SKID - OFF 4. VG 5. INVERTERS - STBY 6. Reduce Load a. FUEL BOOST PUMP - OFF b. AUX PUMP - OFF c. SUX PUMP (both) - OFF d. TR 1 and 2 - PULL CBs 7. Check Essn AC CBs (P side+245), reset 8. ATM and GEN - ON, reset CBs again 9. If CBs still popped - ISOLATE Bus Isolated DC Bus on Battery Light 1. BATTERY VOLTS - CHECK If VOLTS < 24 then CONSERVE BATT 2. Conservation ideas:Interphone, CP Inverter, CP Secondary Lights Pitot heat (CP&NAV), UHF1, DC Voltmeter Note - FCB says 10 secs OK on initial pwr up

  3. BUS ISOLATION ELECTRIC FIRE w/ATM 1. Locate burning unit - TURN IT OFF If unable to locate 2. ATM & GEN - ON 3. All ENGINE GENERATORS - OFF If fire extinguishes 4. Locate burning unit - TURN OFF, CBs If fire persists 5. VG 6. CP INVERTER - DC BUS 7. OIL COOLER FLAPS - OPEN, FIXED 8. ATM and GEN - OFF, STOP AC LH - 3 limiters 245 RH - 3 RH + 3 De-icing limiters 245 MAIN - 3 limiters 245 ESSN - 9 CBs 245 + 9 CBs Pilots side DC CAUTION - Open Oil Coolers prior to TRs Note - Main + Essn TRs pulled = battery pwr MAIN - 6 main TR + bus gnd cntl CBs (CP) ESSN - 6 main (CP) + 6 essn TR (P) do not tie bus after landing ISOL - 6 main TR (CP) + 6 essn TR (P) + DC Pwr Switch - OFF WARNING - ADIs will be inop BATT - not possible BATT or INS BATT ELECTRIC FIRE w/o ATM 1. Locate burning unit - TURN IT OFF If unable to locate 2. VG 3. CP INVERTER - DC BUS 4. OIL COOLER FLAPS - OPEN, FIXED 5. All ENGINE GENERATORS - OFF 6. 3 MAIN AC Limiters (245) - REMOVE 7. One ENGINE GENERATOR - ON If fire extinguishes ISOLATE bad BUS otherwise GEN - OFF

  4. Suction Boost Pump Failure Loss of Hydraulic Pressure 1. SUCTION BOOST PUMP - OFF 2. RESERVIOR & PRESSURE - CHECKED If normal - minimize HYD use If not or P<2500 3. HYDRAULIC PUMPS (3) - OFF 4. Follow LOSS of HYDRAULIC PRESS 1. HYDRAULIC PUMPS (3) - OFF 2. RESERVIOR - CHECKED If level low 3. LANDING GEAR CNTRL CB - PULL 4. ISOLATE LEAK If leak in RUN-AROUND CIRCUIT 5. ESP - Consider Engine-Driven Pump Failure Controllability Check 1. HYDRAULIC PUMP - OFF 2. RESERVOIR - CHECKED If normal - continue If not 3. HYDRAULIC PUMPS (3) - OFF 4. Follow LOSS of HYDRAULIC PRESSURE 1. Check for Damage and Injuries 2. 10,000 AGL 3. Consider DUMPING 4. DESCENT CHECKLIST 5. Configure - watch split flaps! 6. Slow in 5 knot increments until: a. Approach speed -or- b. undesired control problems -or- c. stall buffet 7. Long flat approach at highest of: a. Approach b. 1.2 Vbuffet c. Undesired control problems + deltaV High Hydraulic Pressure 1. Pressure > 3450 - do not turn pumps off 2. Pressure > 3900 a. Pick Engine - CRUISE ENG SHUTDN if pressure stays high b. AIRSTART c. Other ENGINE - ESP
