School Uniform Changes: • Solid Black Tennis Shoes only (no boots) for both boys and girls • No long sleeve shirts under uniform shirt • Only solid Navy or Black coats, jackets or sweaters • Only Red polo style shirts for girls and boys. Girls may wear a white “Peter Pan” collared shirt under a uniform jumper only. • Solid black, navy or brown belts are required for pants with belt loops Important Information:
5th Grade School Supplies • 1 large glue stick (no liquid) • 4 packs of loose leaf paper • 2 packs of Expo dry erase markers (4-6 count) • 1 box of 16 or 24 count crayons or colored pencils • 8 pocket folders with brands (write name on folder only) • 2 packs of #2 pencils • 2 bottle of hand sanitizer (no soap) • 1 box Ziploc bags (boys-quart girls- gallon) • 1 one inch binder • 1 pack of binder dividers • $5.00 school fee Important Information:

Attendance • Students are expected to be at school, on time everyday day with the exception of family emergencies and illness. • Tardies and Early Dismissals will be recorded electronically this year in the front office. They will count against a student’s attendance record. Important Information
Monday, August 20th, a class syllabus/ newsletter will be sent home with each student. Please read the class procedures, grade weights, student & parent expectations, and discipline procedures and discuss them with your child.
