  1. Nayrouz Talaat: Pioneering Women Empowerment at Direxiona in Egypt's Driving and Automotive Sector Have you ever been made fun of for wishing or wanting to learn to drive? Well, I’m sure all of us have wanted to experience driving at some point in our lives. Knowledge and experience in driving can be yet another extra skill that can be quite beneficial, especially in emergencies. For others who own vehicles, learning how to drive and how to maintain their automobiles is essential. In today’s world, where all genders are pushing towards being independent and self-reliant, learning how to drive can be therapeutic as well. Making oneself free to travel to their desired destinations stress-free, improves convenience, confidence, self-esteem, freedom, and mobility. Having driving skills and knowledge can also save a person in any situation that calls for an emergency. It has been quite a few decades since women were allowed to drive automobiles. Women in automotive were non-existent. They were restricted to the walls and compounds of their houses and were obligated to look after the family and the household. Many women had the desire to learn to drive, but unfortunately due to societal rules and norms, women were not allowed to drive until the 19th century when the acceptance of women drivers began. In the still developing nations, many women are frowned upon for even wanting to drive much less voicing their wishes aloud. Therefore in this article, we will be covering interesting insights into one such Egyptian startup company that fosters and establishes encouragement and pioneering women empowerment for women by women. Founded by CEO - Nayrouz Talaat - Direxiona is a professional women's driving instructor company, where the instructors are trained and are qualified to provide driving lessons to other women as well as to men, at convenient times that are suitable for learners. The company also specializes in providing various other services such as - Driving Tests, Driver’s License Identification, Facilitating future car owners in making the right car purchase, Car Care services, and Maintenance. 2. Ministry of International Cooperation at The Egyptian Gazette Newspaper, as well as works part-time as Assistant Manager at Bastion Hotels. Vision Statement - “We seek to have an integrated technology for driving and teaching processes on a local and a global level by expanding to the Middle East and other African countries.” Having amassed a diverse range of experiences, Nayrouz Talaat applies her project-managing and strategic planning skills alongside market research to build Direxiona from the group up. Realizing from personal experience that there are only male driving instructors who still have an aversive attitude toward females wanting to learn to drive. They are treated and taught in abrupt manners and are somewhat rough. Not everyone can learn something under rough and rash conditions. Teaching someone properly and empathetically can improve changes in learning and the collection of information. With the same method applied to students who are taught better by professional and expert teachers, so are professional instructors taught by women for women and men as well, respecting and bridging gender equality in Egypt.
