  1. PULSE RATE IMPROVEMENT FOR HEALTHY HEART AND BETTER HEALTH Pulse rate is also known as heart rate. Pulse rate can be defined as how many times a heart beats in a minute. The normal pulse rate of adults varies from 60 to 100 per minute. Physical and mental health affects the pulse rate. The pulse rate may become faster or it may become slower; that totally depends on the circumstances and heath of the person. If n individual is ill, his or her pulse rate will deteriorate. In that condition, pulse rate improvement is necessary. Effects of different pulse rates Fast Pulse Rate If the pulse rate is over 100 per minute, it is considered as a fast pulse rate. The fast pulse rate is also known as tachycardia. There are multiple reasons that may increase the pulse rate. For example, during the time exercise the pulse rate increases. At that time, for pulse rate improvement, you need to take a break until the heart rate becomes normal. Apart from that, when if you are under stress, fear, and anxiety, your pulse rate will increase. A sudden increase in the pulse rate may cause palpitation, and dizziness.
