  3. STANDAR KOMPETENSI Berkomunikasi dengan bahasa inggris setara Level Intermediate. KOMPETENSI DASAR Menerapkan penggunaan causative ‘’have’’, present tense, imperative sentence, sequencers dan action verbs kedalam petunjuk penggunaan peralatan dengan tepat.

  4. TUJUAN PEMBELAJARAN • Siswa diminta untuk membuat imperative sentence berdasarkan ilustrasi yang telah diberikan. • Siswa diminta mentejemahkan kalimat menggunakan imperative sentence. • Siswa melengkapi kalimat dengan menggunakan imperative sentence.

  5. What is imperative ? Imperative Verb

  6. The imperative is a grammatical mood that forms command or request, including the giving of prohibition o permission or any other kind of exhotation. An example of a verb in the imperative mood is be in the English sentence "Please be quiet". Imperatives of this type imply a second-person subject (you); some languages also have first- and third-person imperatives, with the meaning of "let's (do something)" or "let him/her/them (do something)" (these forms may alternatively be called cohotative and jussive).

  7. Imperative Verb If you don’t want people to do something, start with don’t. > Open the door, please. Don’t open the door. > Close your book. Dont’t close you book. > Come here now. Don’t come here now.

  8. MATERI AKHIR Make the imperative of the following sentences! 1. Ask your brother to keep the water boiling. 2. Ask your friend to have dinner in a cafe. 3. Ask your sister to turn down the radio. 4. Ask you friend to not be noisy. 5. Ask you little brother to stop crying.
