  2. What is BoM ? • The Bill of Material is Considered to be an engineering document that specifies the ingredient of subordinate components required physically to make each part number or assembly. Defination of BOM in eresource • BOM are normally accessed according to producton or procurment deadlines. • The History Management function allows several types of BOM to be managed simultaneously. • And operated according to the need of the customer.

  3. Structure of BOM The BOM components in eresource support the use of the Bill of Material in form of tree structure. BOM can be generated in the following forms:

  5. Single Level Bill Of Material Only subordinate components can be captured that are immediately required (not components of component)to manufacture product.

  6. The multiple BOM concept aids the management of a variety of similar BOMs. Common components of similar BOMs are recorded in a 'Single Level BOM-M' Multi Level Bill Of Material

  7. Standard BOM while making new standard BOM eresource ERP gives provision of copy any standard BOM from existing BOM

  8. Order Based BOM In eresource ERP the provision is there to create a BOM against the sales order of any customer.

  9. Engineering Change Request eresource ERP gives you provision of Revision of BOM which is called ECR. W selection of any item this form gives you provision to zoom in the BOM by click on View BOM.
