  2. Quèhemfet? • Hemanalitzat i estudiatduesassociacionsdiferents que vetllenpelsdrets de la propietatintel·lectual. A) SGAE: protegeixelsdretsd’autors i editors. B) AIE: protegeixelsautors, intèrprets i executantsen elslocals. C) Tot i que no són les úniques, sinó que n’hi ha d’altres.

AIE • AIE (Artistesintèrpretso executants, societatde gestiód’Espanya) • Situada a Madrid. • S’encarrega de gestionar elsdretsd’artistes que han intervingut o participat en una interpretació musical, fixada a través d’un fonograma o béd’unagravació audiovisual. • Aquestasocietatrecaptadelsnegocis que son usuaris de la música (botigues, bars, televisors, ràdios, etc) elsdrets de propietatintel·lectualgenerats per la sevautilitat i elsreparteix entre elsartistes.
