  8. Edit your deals • Check the deal info tab on your welcome screen • Is the information correct? • Are any deals marked as ‘unknown’? • Use ‘Edit’ to update • Check your 2014 details and update if necessary • Ask us for a spreadsheet listing deals if that would help

Some reasons for ‘extra’ titles in the JR1 • Publisher may include all titles in the JR1 and not just those in the deal subscribed to eg Project Muse • Odd volumes may still be available when title changes publisher • Subscribed titles held outside the deal • Trial titles • Open Access titles
