  2. Erick Van Savage took his Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior at the University of San Francisco, graduating in 1990. The study of Organizational Behavior allows its students to research the actions of humans within organizations and how human behavior and organizational structure interact. Van Savage studied the behavior of individuals within organizations, work group interactions and how organizations behave

Industrial and organizational psychology are distinct disciplines within the field of organizational behavior research, which recognizes that individuals exhibit different behaviors and habits when within their organizational roles than when living their home and social lives. Erick Van Savage studied Organizational Behavior for his Bachelor of Science from the University of San Francisco in 1990. This has formed the foundation of his career today as Vice President of Business Development and Operations.

  4. By 2007 Van Savage had determined to add additional academic credentials to his work life, and through his enrollment at Ashford University of Clinton, Iowa earned his Master’s in Business Administration by 2009.

  5. Erick Van Savage was born in 1960 during his father’s tour of duty in Landstuhl, Germany as a first lieutenant in the United States Army. Van Savage’ younger brother was born there as well. The family returned to the United States in 1963 and, upon his father’s honorable discharge from the Army he worked as a chemist in a manufacturing firm in Fanwood, New Jersey.
