RTB/CRM integration • RTB and CRM provided by same supplier; Comverse, having 100+ references; • Calls are stored online in the CRM; • Activation and updates of subscribers is online from the shops, through the CRM, to the RTB, the switch, the VAS platform; • Bulkload of subscribers through the CRM for corporates.
