The graduate recruitment cycle • Many employer deadlines before Xmas • Interviews mainly from mid – January • Assessment Centres mainly from February • Start work between June + September • Some organisations recruit all year round • Some may allow deferred entry • Smaller organisations tend to recruit after Easter
