  2. التنسيق COORDINATION • Definition: the organization of the different elements of a complex body or activity so as to enable them to work together effectively • تعريف:تنظيم العناصر المختلفة من الهيئة المعقدة أو النشاط وذلك لتمكينهم من العمل معا بشكل فعال.

  3. التنسيق COORDINATION • الهدف: النشاط المستمر والكفوء والفعال وتبادل المعرفة بين مكاتب شؤون المواطنين والهيئات الحكومية الأخرى. • Goal: Constant, efficient and effective activity and knowledge exchange between CSDs and other governmental bodies.

Objectives: الاهداف : To enhance coordination between CSDs by: • understanding individual roles and responsibilities • establishing standard means of communication • Optimizing use of resources in services provision process • لتعزيز التنسيق بين مكاتب شؤون المواطنين من خلال: • فهم الادوار والمسؤوليات الفردية • إنشاء وسائل قياسية للاتصال • الاستخدام الأمثل للموارد في عملية تقديم الخدمات
