  1. Sequoyah Regional Technology Fair January 28th, 2012 Teasley Middle School

  2. Case Modification: A student may decorate, paint, and add lights or moving parts to any working computer. This is only an individual event.

  3. Digital Video Production: Any video project that has been edited on a computer with digital video editing software such as iMovie, Windows Movie Maker, etc.

  4. Animated Graphic Design: Create an original design that allows for the motion of objects. Software may include Flash, KidPix, etc.

  5. Non-Animated Graphic Design: Any computer created original art project. Software may include Paint, KidPix, Photoshop, Corel Draw, etc.

  6. Multimedia Applications: Any original project made from word processing, spreadsheets, desktop publishing, or Prezi.

  7. Robotics: Projects constructed from kits or published drawings, modified projects, or original creations. Projects must be controlled through student programming. Lego, K’Nex, and robotic “arms” are allowed.

  8. Technology Literacy Challenge: Computer generated exam of 50 multiple choice questions covering parts of a computer, peripheral control devices, uses and limitations of computers, general uses of common computer application software, new and emerging technologies, the Internet, and social implications of computers.
