  40. The Spanish Cooperative Network of Defence Libraries (CNDL):  Milestones: Act 1551/2004 of June 25, 2004, enables the Ministry of Defence of Spain to organise and coordinate its own libraries. To promote and facilitate the knowledge and dissemination of the bibliographic and documentary heritage of the Ministry of Defence for everybody who needs it. Establishment of the Library Coordination Unit (LCU) in September 2005.
