    3. How It All Began Several Department Members created handouts of keystrokes for use in their classes Wanted a means by which to share to general campus in a consistent manner

    4. How It All Began Assembled all documents into a uniform “voice” and format Placed on Campus’ commercial courseware system with open Guest Access to all and password access to additional features to some

    8. Taking it Online When JCC began teaching on-line we wanted a way to include in course without sending students out to another product with a second log-in. Choice was to make a new module within on-line class

    17. Helpful Hints Do not try to do it all at once! Link to specific instructions (or include in lecture notes) but have information in its own module for future reference Make 1 document that contains everything as some students appreciate access to a single hardcopy
