  2. 1) Background In order to introduce this topic to the United Nations, please provide a historical summary of the effects of colonization in Africa. Please use at least four specific examples from other countries which have already undergone decolonization to better understand what is likely going to begin happening in Isafar in the near future.

  3. 2) The Role of Isafar Please provide this office with a list of the major problems (minimum of eight) Isafar is likely to face in the near future. Thoroughly explain each problem and what is caused it. Rank these issues in order of importance and develop internal strategies to solve the top four issues Isafar faces right now.

  5. 4) The Role of the United States Due to the fact that we live in the United States, the only superpower left in the world, please create a strategy that the State Department can employ to help Isafar. What is the role that the United States should play in helping other countries achieve independence and develop successful economies? What will be the major criticisms within the United States of this plan? How will you justify your plan to these critics?
