  13. Revision routines • The simple act of trying to remember ( recitation). • Most forgetting takes place within 24 hours. • The more frequent revision/ recitation is done, the more slowly forgetting takes place. • Don’t leave revision until before the exam.

  14. Memorization routines • After lecture/tutorial/ lab session try to go over in your mind what the main point were. • Set aside a period every working day (at least 20 minutes) when you will quickly.
