  2. GENIAL • A warm and friendly person • Synonyms: nice, friendly Look at you partner and describe something a genial person might do.

  3. STRICKEN • A person who is suddenly and badly affected by something, such as an illness or fear • Synonyms: afflicted, harmed, injured Tell your partner a time you might have been stricken with fear or an illness.

  4. RESTRAIN • To hold back, limit or keep under control • Synonyms: bind, restrict, prevent

  5. FEVERISHLY • Quickly and Excitedly • Synonyms: wildly, passionately Tell you partner when and why a person might clean a house feverishly.

  6. FLOP • A failure • Synonyms: fail, bust, bomb Can you think of a time when you or someone you know felt like a flop? Tell you partner about that time.

  7. PROTEST • A way of demonstrating that you are against something • Synonyms: challenge, revolt, against What are some things people might protest?

  8. OVERCOME • To be overpowered by something • Synonyms: affected, beaten

  9. SPECTACULAR • Very impressive and draws a lot of attention • Synonyms: amazing, impressive, wonderful Tell your partner the most spectacular sight you have ever seen.

  10. DRAMATICALLY • Something that is done in a striking or impressive way • Synonyms: breathtaking, moving, electrifying

  11. PROGNOSTICATION • A forecast or prediction • Synonym: guess “My prognostication is that you will have a long and healthy life.” “My prognostication for tomorrow’s weather is Rainy.”
