I am originally from Panama, lived in Europe during my teen years, and have loved connecting with food and cultures ever since. I cook, my husband Tom takes the photographs, and I write to engage an audience. Can we bring the world closer together by celebrating our cultures through food? I'd like to think so! We all eat and we can all find a common love in it. I love creating recipes and bringing my ethnic flavors to a wider audience. We publish recipes weekly and engage readers on multiple social media platforms. Many of our recipes are syndicated on high traffic sites such as Foodgawker, Buzz Feed, and Pop Sugar. All photographs are shot with Canon professional photography equipment and post processed with Adobe Lightroom. Photos of any size and type can be made available for digital or print publication. We love creating delicious recipes accompanied by great photography, and we have worked with brands to develop custom recipes to feature specific products. Recipes can be developed for your site or publication, or we can discuss publishing the recipe on ethnicspoon.com. We can create a story, cook, style, photograph, and use original recipes or pre-written recipes if needed.
