Sign a memorandum between EU-OSHA and Croatia • The idea is to sign a memorandum between the Agency and its OiRA partners (governments, social partners, …). • The main aim of this memorandum is: • To underline the goals and the philosophy behind the OiRA project (open source, …) • To clarify what the Agency is putting at the disposal of its OiRA partners • To clarify the OiRA Partners´ commitment. The OiRA should be: • Freely accessible for all who want to use it • Kept updated • The content will be shared with other partners involved in the OiRA project

  3. Translate the OiRA tool generator and the guides • Translation of the: • OiRA tool generators • Guides related to OiRA • Guide to create an OiRA tool (short document (4 pages) giving a very broad/generic overview of how to create an OiRA tool) • OiRA tools generator User Manual (guide intended to the developers) • TheAgency will deal with the translations and will ask you to check/approve the translations

  4. Train the developer(s) of OiRA tools / the OiRA project manager(s) • Presential trainingsorganised in Bilbao (one-to one training) • Workshop trainings (group) • Online trainings (Skype)

  5. Project Management Plan for the development of an OiRA tool • Project Management Plan – Stepwise approach • Ensure both social partners are involved in the project • Put together a project team (with clear roles and tasks for all involved) • Test the tool (among the social partners and end-users) before making it public • … • Setting the goals (what goals could be set, …) • Making a project plan (which issues should be covered, essential tips,…) • Making the OiRA tool (who could be involved, what phases could be managed?, time framework, …) • Planning the dissemination/implementation of the OiRA tool • … • Tips for the development of a sector-specific OiRA tool • http://www.oiraproject.eu/support/materials-about-the-project/project-management-guide

  6. Develop an OiRA tool • Main challenge : the content • Start from scratch (based on existing guides, checklists, …) • Build on an existing OiRA tool (translate and adapt an existing OiRA tool)

  7. Support for developing the first OiRA tool in your country • Financial support for the development of the first OiRA tool (budget available 10.000 Euros). • Negotiated procedure for low value contracts

  8. Ongoing actions • Once the tools available, they will be: • Hosted on EU-OSHA servers • Accessible via EU-OSHA and the websites of social partners/ governments / public institutions • Freely accessible to all MSEs (via any of the above websites) • Regularly updated
