TWO TYPES OF MINDSETS • Fixed mindset:  Belief that your intelligence and abilities cannot be changed.  Fear making mistakes.  Always trying to prove yourself. • Growth mindset:  Belief that your abilities and intelligence can change through effort and learning.  View mistakes as learning opportunities.  Learning for yourself, not for anyone else
