H26 東京福中・福高同窓会　総会・懇親会 託児スペースの検討 ＜前提＞ ・ホテルグランドパレスにて託児スペースとして使用実績はなし。 ・託児スペースとしてパールルームを想定。 ・ 部 屋の広さは 42m 2 (6m x 7m, 13 坪 ) 。 ・部屋の中に水場はないので、水回りは化粧室を利用。 ・託児用に使えそうな設備 ( マットなど ) もなし。 ＜課題＞ ・防水シート ( 粗相対応 ) と敷物 ( 床に座り込める様に ) を 準備する必要がある。 ・食べ物、飲み物は各自で準備してもらうべき ( アレルギーとか

H26東京福中・福高同窓会　総会・懇親会 託児スペースの検討 ＜前提＞ ・ホテルグランドパレスにて託児スペースとして使用実績はなし。 ・託児スペースとしてパールルームを想定。 ・部屋の広さは42m2(6m x 7m, 13坪)。 ・部屋の中に水場はないので、水回りは化粧室を利用。 ・託児用に使えそうな設備(マットなど)もなし。 ＜課題＞ ・防水シート(粗相対応)と敷物(床に座り込める様に)を 準備する必要がある。 ・食べ物、飲み物は各自で準備してもらうべき(アレルギーとか 心配なので)であるけれど、少しは準備する必要あり？ ・気を紛らすためのおもちゃや絵本なども同様。 ・緊急時の連絡の取り方。基本は携帯電話で良いか？ ① メイン会場 会計/ 来賓控室 ② 写真① 写真②
