  2. Organization and activities • Registered on 12 December 2001 for the purpose of status improvement of youth • Its members- youngsters of 18-35 years • Organized on branch levels, regionally (north, central and south) • Represent CTUM at the international level

  3. CTUM YOUTH NETWORK is: • A part of Youth network of Trade Unions of South-Eastern Europe • A part of Youth Network of ITUC • A Member of the PERC Youth Committee

  4. Activities are conducted according to the Programme and its aim is to: • protect rights and duties of the youth; • educate and to ensure decent work for youth for successful work and trade union activity; • give priority in process of employment of youth and enforce major rights from work and according to work;

  5. develop creative ability, higher level of education, information and culture; • develop democracy, public and social rights; • connect youth from all regions of Montenegro with Europe and the world; • present and introduce youth with the real work of trade union

WHY DO I NEED A TRADE UNION?? √ I WANT DECENT PAY √ I WANT TO BE PAID FOR OVERTIME WORK √ I WANT TO HAVE A RIGHT ON PAID HOLIDAY A YEAR √ I WANT TO HAVE BETTER WORKING CONDITIONS √ I WANT FREE OF CHARGE LEGAL ASSISTANCE √ BECAUSE I KNOW THAT MY RIGHTS WILL BE ENSURED AND IMPROVED AS BEING A MEMBER
