Mobile call control and Avaya one-XTM Mobile • A component of the mobility concept is the use of the one-X™ Mobile Client user interface. • Certain mobile phones which have intelligent control software can also run the Avaya one-X™ Mobile application. • The use of the Avaya one-X™ Mobile application gives the mobile user the option of triggering features or connecting specific lines in the IP Office without having to dial the FNE service number. • For the feature to be used effectively, the same external number must not be entered as a twinning number by more than one internal user at the same time.
