  1. IBPS PO preliminary exam to be conducted in October IBPS (Institute of banking personnel selection) has recently announced that the they will be conducting the preliminary exam for the recruitment of probational officer (PO) in the month of October 2020, as per the reports. This exam will be conducted on October 3, 4 and 10, 2020 and the official notification will be released soon for the same, as per the reports. Therefore the candidates who were preparing for the IBPS PO exam will have now more time to prepare for the exam in best manner. The IBPS clerk examination will be held on December 12, 13 and 19 2020 and IBPS SO will be conducted in the same month of the dates 26 and 27. The IBPS has not delayed the exam calendar this year due to covid 19 as these exams are usually conducted from October to December since years. IBPS had delayed the release of the result for the previous exam which is done due to covid 19 pandemic and the lockdown in the entire country. The IBPS is an autonomous body setup for the process of assessment and selection of personnel for various public sector banks such as SBI, RBI, SIDBI, NABARD and few other cooperative banks, LIC and other insurance companies. All the candidates are requested to keep checking on the official website for latest updates and other examination details and therefore the candidates will have the up-to-date information about the exam as well.
