  1. A Superior Choice for Effective Way of Welding Exothermically welded joints influence the continuity in the electrical networks A well established process to join heavy electrical connection is exothermic or thermite welding system. Today, you might have seen too many processes that serves the same purpose. Among which exothermically welded joints is the best pick for making heavy electrical networks, rail connections, communication networks, cablings, etc. as the joint should last longer. Cable to rail connections are simplified with the invention of the referred connection mechanism.

  2. A Superior Choice for Effective Way of Welding Copper bonded steel rods driven deep inside the earth touching the conducting part of the earth crust carries out earthing. Earthing is an installation that conducts the electrical faults to the ground and in turn blocking it from entering the electrical/ electronic devices. This is done to stabilize the incoming voltage of any device. This is a mandate, as each and every device are designated to operate for a specific voltage/ current rating. Voltage or current more than this threshold level can hamper the functioning of the device and even kill the associated devices. Any electrical device or exposed parts of the electrical network can be dangerous and life taking.

  3. A Superior Choice for Effective Way of Welding Numerous connections are to be made underneath the earth, in case of earthing installation. These connections are ought to be strong and unbreakable for the overall life of the installation. Jointing permanently and attaining 100% contact surface is a tough task but such joint can be made with ease by using an advanced welding kit. Conventionally, jointing techniques we employed to establish connections are – crimping, bolting, compression techniques, brazing, or similar techniques. But they are eventually discontinued as they have many drawbacks and does not stay for very long. They will get loosen or get detached within a short span of time. Whereas, Exothermic welding system is done without an external heating provision. It ensures a low resistance and a continuous flow of current throughout the network. The process is always performed in a purpose made graphite mould which is designed based on the size and dimensions of the conductors and the joints that is to be made. Exothermic welding Joints such as Tee joint, straight joint, parallel joint, cross joint can be quickly made with ease. Inside the graphite mould, the conductors are aligned inside this mould and then the mould is closed. The mould is further filled with welding powder, and then a chemical reaction is initiated and the powder is melted to form this strong joint.
