  9. Why PDF? What will it look like? • The PDF will open in a new internet window using acrobat reader • PDF’s are easy to print, save, and share • PDF’s can be linked internally (i.e. table of contents to help navigate) and also with clear call to actions • More space on an A4 PDF to display than on webpage • Easier to update a PDF, and to add new ones as needed • More freedom with design • Mik is coming up with a template which will look professional, branded, and easy to navigate • After a discussion with Mik if you are on a page viewing a tutorial/guide, then you are not able to simultaneously do the suggested guide • Whereas if the PDF opens in a different window or is printed out, then the user can simultaneously perform the suggestions in the guide
