  4. Generating & Running Reports the specific report(s) that you would like to run. Always select Type = Web Format can be: HTM (best for viewing on-line) PDF (best for printing) XLS (Excel for data manipulation) to submit the report. Click PS Version 8.1

  5. Generating & Running Reports You will be returned to the run control screen. Notice that a Process Instance has been generated for your report – it is being processed. Do not click again, or multiple reports will be generated. PS Version 8.1

  6. Viewing & Printing Reports You can now navigate to the report window. Clickthe hyperlink - ‘Process Monitor’. PS Version 8.1

  7. Viewing & Printing Reports You will be taken to a screen displaying your report and its status. Click to update the report status HAPPY USER HAPPY USER Run Statusis either: Queued, Processing, Success, or Error When status = Success, your report is ready. Click Details to continue navigation to the report. PS Version 8.1

  8. Viewing & Printing Reports On this screen, click the View Log/Trace hyperlink Next, Click the link to your report. IBMENTOR PS Version 8.1

  9. Viewing & Printing Reports Your report will display – there may be a short delay as the report is loaded into your web browser. Click File/Print to print the report to your local printer. ClickFile/Save Asto save the report to the a folder. PS Version 8.1
