  2. Let’s take a look at some different palaces, and discuss things we notice.

  3. Now that we have seen how tall and wide palaces can be… • Let’s see if you can create one!

  4. Your Challenge… • Your team will be building a tower out of paper cups. • You will have time to experiment first to see how you would like to build it, and what shape seems to work best for you. • Once we have had enough time to explore, we will have a competition. • We will see which team can build the tallest tower in 10 minutes, that can stay up the longest. • If your tower falls while you are building it, you may start again, since timing does not start until after the 10 minutes of building. • Make sure to be creative and have fun!
