  1. What you need: • a scorekeeper • 4-5 marker boards (or page protectors) • markers • erasers/paper towel/socks, etc. The questions rotate through the 10 units in 6th grade math. There are 60 total questions. Allow approximately 30 seconds for responses.

  2. Instructions for Teachers • This is intended to be fast-paced quick answer type game, not heavy on calculations. Recall of important info from this year… • Suggested use is to place students in 4-5 teams. • You will need a whiteboard/marker for each team. Team 4 Team 1 Team 2 Team 3

  3. Instructions for Teachers • The first person in each team answers question 1 on their marker board. All correct responses earn a point for their team. • If other team members shout out or provide answers their team loses a point. Team 4 Team 1 Team 2 Team 3

  4. Instructions for Teachers • If none of the people get it correct, play shifts to the next row of students on each team to see if they can answer the question. • The next question is answered by the next group of students. Students can either shift positions (like a relay) or just pass the marker board back. Team 4 Team 1 Team 2 Team 3

  5. Alternate Method: • for a smaller group, arrange students in a circle • only 1 person answers each question • If a student answers a question wrong they sit down • Last person standing, wins!
