Workout Plan. BY: Madison Duncan. My Plan. I plan to do 30 minutes a day of a circuit trained cardio workout. I will use the track, a jump rope, step up board, exercise matt, and body weight. I plan to try this for a month and see where I am after that. . Monday/Wednesday/Friday.

  2. My Plan I plan to do 30 minutes a day of a circuit trained cardio workout. I will use the track, a jump rope, step up board, exercise matt, and body weight. I plan to try this for a month and see where I am after that.

  3. Monday/Wednesday/Friday 30 minutes a day 25 step ups on the step-up board (3 minutes) 25 jumping jacks (3 minutes) 25 crunches (2 minutes) 25 lunges (3 minutes) 25 squats (3 minutes) 1 min of jumping rope Cool down (5 minutes) Check heart rate before and after each day

  4. Tuesday/Thursday • 30 minutes of cardio • Run/walk (15 minutes) • Sprint 40 yards 5 times (10 minutes) • Cool down (5 minutes) • Check heart rate before and after
