Conclusions • Fleets • The time is right for in-depth discussion of EVs • Local governments are interested in converting their fleets • EVs are seen as a viable replacement in the long-term. • Still lack of consensus on which way to go (i.e. EV, CNG, Hybrid, etc.) • Infrastructure • Cities are prime target for EV charging stations • Very open to new plan and code language • Officials willing to advocate • Viewed as positive for the community Ohio Survey of local governments
