  2. Early Life • Born on May 24, 1941 in Duluth, Minnesota • Born Robert Allen Zimmerman • Graduated Hibbing High School 1959 • Dropped out of University of Minnesota

  3. Early Life Continued • Interested in music from an early age • Wrote poems at age 8 • Learned piano at age 10 • Got first guitar at 15

  7. Music Career Continued • In 1965 Dylan released Bring It All Back Home which first showed Dylan using an electric guitar • Dylan sang Like a Rolling Stone which was partially electric • In 1966 Dylan was in a severe motorcycle accident Like a Rolling Stone
