Personal learning and thinking skills The evidence for this qualification will be extracted from the work that you do on the previous four elements of your framework In working towards this qualification you must demonstrate an ability to; Identify problems Identify solutions and areas of improvement Reflect on outcomes Demonstrate self motivation and management Demonstrate you ability to be work as an effective team member.
