  4. Guests Please stop by the Welcome Center for a gift and more information about Peace!

  5. A staffed nursery is available at the 11:15am service for children up to 36 months. Please see bulletin for more details.

  6. Don’t forget to bring your mite boxes this weekend. Drop your mites off in the large box on the Welcome Center.

  7. Beginning Monday, Aug 19, the Monday evening service will be moving back to the Adams campus. The 11:15 service will continue at the Lawndale campus through Sunday, Aug 18. Beginning Aug 25, services will resume at Adams.

  8. Due to summer services being held at the Lawndale campus, the church mailboxes are getting full. If you have a moment, please visit the Adams location to retrieve your mail.

  9. Our next Discovery Class will be held on Saturday, August 10, 8:30am-4pm, at the Lawndale campus. This class is for anyone wishing to discover the main teachings of the Christian faith.

  10. GREAT NEWS….The 9:30am church service is also available LIVE in your home, vacation etc., on the Peace Website www.peacesaginaw.org

  11. Pastor Weis is asking – if you have an operable refrigerator that isn’t needed any longer, Lydia’s House could use it. Please contact Pastor Weis.

  12. Greetings everyone! P.A.N. is the acronym for Peace Alumni Newsletter.  This is a new venture sponsored by the Peace Lutheran Church and School Foundation to let alumni of Peace Lutheran School know what is taking place in the Peace Family.

  13. As part of the tenth anniversary celebration of the Lawndale campus on September 8, we want to revive the MOTOR MEET. We’d like you to bring your special ride to the Lawndale campus on Sunday, September 8.

  14. Attention Men: Mark your calendars for the Seventh Annual Luzerne Lodge Lutheran Men’s Retreat which begins on Friday, Sept 13, and will close Sunday, Sept 15.

  22. Catechism Prayer Partners – Please check your church mailbox for prayer information. Catechism

  23. Peace Day School Students (Grades 6-8) and Parents – Information for Catechism will be at Registration Day on Wednesday, Aug 14, at the Lawndale campus. Catechism

  24. Public school Students (Grades 6 and 7) and Parents/Guardians – Orientation and class for Catechism will be on Wednesday, Sept 4, at 6pm in the church parlor. Catechism

  25. Peace Lutheran School Summer Office Hours will be 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. daily. The office will be closed for the entire week of July 1st (1st through 5th) for cleaning and the 4th of July holiday. School Notes

  26. Final Registration for the 2013-14 school year is Wednesday, August 14th, from 4 to 7 p.m. A letter will be sent the beginning of July with all the information. School Notes

  27. First Day of School is Monday, August 26th, for Kindergarten through Grade 8. This is a half day of school and we will dismiss at 11:15 a.m. School Notes
