  2. What is MOST? MOST™ is the electronic tool that develops, implements and maintains an effective ongoing, data-driven quality assessment and performance improvement program. MOST™ is designed to manage organization wide systems that support safety and quality. It is a system used for retrieving, disseminating, and transmitting both behavioral and physical health information in usable formats.

  3. How is MOST used? MOST is used to: • Measure performance • Measure compliance • Prepare for surveys • Analyze and track qualitative and quantitative indicators • Produce reports

  4. MOST Measures Performance MOST allows for the tracking of performance by: • Departments • Locations • Programs • Subject- i.e., assessments • Staff • Periods of time

  5. MOST as a Compliance Tool MOST monitors and tracks compliance rates and continuous quality improvement. MOST contains over 10,000 preset standards including those of nationally accrediting bodies: • CARF • COA • The Joint Commission

This provides a number of benefits to your organization: • No software to install (your IT department thanks you!) • Updates to the software are performed on the server automatically • HIPAA compliant • Audits can be created and answered while on-site using a mobile device such as an iPhone or iPad • On line tutorials

  10. MOST™ TECHNICAL continued SSL • Transactions use SSL (the same technology used for securing credit card transactions) which protects your data while it is passed from the server to your screen.
