  1. Steve Jobs as a LeaderSteve Jobs “If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking. Don’t settle.” By Erica Orgon

  2. Idealized Influence • -- Jobs lived an alternative, free, life. He was a role model to his associates because he worked side by side with them as long as he could. This defines a role model for me. Being able to get your hands dirty and figure problems out side by side.

  3. Inspirational Motivation • -- Jobs invested everything into Apple. He had so much faith in the project that he motivated others by his drive and confidence. Think different defines Jobs motivation to his employees.

  4. Intellectual Stimulation • --Jobs knew a few things to keep Apple unique and relevent. Computers had to be faster and hold more data. • “Sometimes when you innovate, you make mistakes. It is best to admit them quickly, and get on with improving your other innovations.” –Jobs

  5. Individual Consideration -- Jobs could have definitely had more of this aspect in his leadership. He relied heavily on his employees minds since he was not the smartest guy in the room. If he realized and praised them more on an individual level he could have build a stronger team.

  6. Transform Leader Jobs literally transformed the way we communicate and learn with Apple. His impact was enormous.
