  2. Many participants participated in the meditation, but they were unable to achieve their objectives. They must practise relaxing meditation in order to achieve their calming goal. They must practise loving therapy if they want to achieve their love goals. There are seven (seven) distinct forms of meditation for various purposes. I'll inform you three of them in this first chapter. They are as follows: 1. Zen (also spelled Zazen) (For Detachment, Peace and Awareness) It is the simplest and most commonly performed form of meditation. In Zazen, what you have to do is sit cross-legged with your eyes partially wide. If you're not sure which one to try or which one better suits you, Zazen is the way to go. Zazen can aid in the development of peace and provide support for tense situations. This will render you intelligent, joyful, and caring for others.Do you want to learn more? 3. 2. The Mantra of Hum (For Compassion, Love & Forgiveness) As a result, the Hum Mantra is an excellent choice for healing the spirit, like rage, suffering, hatred, sadness, resentment, isolation, and other harmful emotions. In this meditation, what you have to do is softly repeat the So Hum Mantra, and it will assist you in letting go of negative emotions. 3. Trataka or Candle Flame Gazing (For Mental Attention & Concentration) What you have to do in Trataka is concentrate on a candle flame in a darkened space and then focus on the afterimage that appears as you shut your eyes.Do you want to learn more?Visit Mindfulness Teacher Training.
