  1. Mental wellness therapy is an enjoyable, effective, and treatment for mental health problems. This includes anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or psychosis. Having a mental health problem can be incredibly challenging to live with and every day is a struggle to keep it in check. However, this therapy can help ease the struggle towards mental wellbeing by taking steps to improve your mood and reduce stress levels. Psychotherapy is recommended as the main treatment type but there are many different types of therapy treatments for those who have challenges in their lives that need something a bit more specific like an auditory intervention or play therapy to help them overcome their challenges easier than going through traditional talk therapies alone. Mental Wellness Therapy Mental Wellness Therapy focuses on stress-related problems. It is a proven and safe way to improve and promote wellbeing in your everyday life. Mental wellness therapy can include social skills training, relaxation skills training, parenting skills training, and various other helpful techniques to cope with the stress in your life. This therapy has shown a great impact on mental health disorders and symptoms over the last 20 years or so. Between the ages of 5-15, an individual's brain is developing rapidly. In this period, they are affected by how their parents talk to them, treat them at home, how much they interact with other people such as teachers or peers in school and sports, what they see on television or see out on the streets, etc. When these factors are all put together and have a negative effect, it could lead to

  2. having abnormal brain development in the kid's head. All these factors together can be the leading cause of mental health problems in children, rather than just one or two factors alone. For example, if the child is left without guidance from a parent, this could cause social skills problems that can make it difficult for them to communicate with others properly. If they don't receive attention at home because their parents are always busy working or socializing, they might be left seeking attention from other ways if their needs aren't fulfilled. Another example is when a child sees violence on television and that was the only way they knew how to resolve their problems. This could lead them to bully others, or even bully themselves in their minds, which will lead them to develop mental health issues. In addition to these factors, other factors can cause mental health problems in children. Genetic influences are one of the most common causes of mental health problems in children (up to 35- 40%). Another factor that can contribute to mental health problems is adverse life events (25- 30%), such as family problems, divorce, death of a family member, or any other loss that an individual experiences. Also, abuse and neglect are some of the leading causes of mental health problems in children. Mental illness can have a great impact on the family dynamics; it can completely change it. It can affect the relationships between parents and their kids, siblings, and partners (if any). This impacts the development process for a child's brain because this is the time when children are still forming their own identity. Thus, if one or more members of the family have a mental illness, there is a high chance that this will also affect other people around them. To help parents,

  3. or any other family member deal with mental illness in the household, there are many different ways to help them through this. One of the things that you can do is to encourage them to be more social and interact more with others. This is because when they are left alone, they are usually subjected to isolation which can cause them further distress. If they can have a positive interaction with others and feel accepted by others, it will boost their mood and self-esteem which will reduce their stress levels.
