Melbourne Employment Forum (MEF) - Innovating Employment Support Services

The Melbourne Employment Forum (MEF) is an independent association comprised of 73 member organizations, including local government authorities, education and training providers, employers, and service providers. Led by CEO Abeselom Nega, the MEF aims to address gaps in the Employment Services (JSA) system by introducing innovative, flexible, and collaborative service delivery models. With a focus on job capacity assessments, the MEF seeks to separate the regulator and service purchaser to enhance accountability and improve outcomes for job seekers.
