Unlock the Power of GoElectronic • What is GoElectronic? • A powerful meta-database which enables us to search full-text e-books and periodical articles from multiple online databases from different vendors in one search. • The generic name for it is EDS (EBSCO Discovery Service), which has been implemented in many college/university libraries. • Powerful features of GoElectronic: • Searches all e-books and full-text articles from journals, magazines, and archived newspapers • Searches multimedia materials • Facets (Limit Search Options) • SmartText Search (Entering a phrase, a sentence, or a paragraph) • Search word variations
