  2. Instagram Do like Instagram, but you feel difficult to post photos, and videos from the tiny screen of your phone, and also feels difficult to type from your thumbs for writing the caption. Instagram is a mobile app, so it provides the option to upload videos and photos from the mobile phone. But it doesn't mean that you can't upload videos or photos from a Mac.

  3. POST ON INSTAGRAM FROM MAC Here’s how you can post to Instagram from your Mac using these methods. You can upload to Instagram directly from your browser using a few extra steps, a third-party app, or an Instagram scheduler

Post to Instagram from a Mac using Safari If you use Apple's native Safari as your browser, then you will be happy to know that you can upload photos & videos to Instagram from your Mac without any difficulty. Steps: • First, open Safari on your Mac. • Go to Safari > Preferences > Advanced. • In the Advanced menu box, tick the checkbox that says Show Develop menu in the menu bar. • Open Instagram in Safari. • From the top menu, go to Develop > User Agent > Safari > iOS 11.3 iPhone (or current version of iOS). • Your Instagram will now show up exactly as it looks on your iPhone, and you can click the upload icon to post photos as usual.   5. Post to Instagram from a Mac using Chrome Maybe you’re not a Safari person. If you’re a fan of Google Chrome, you can still access the Instagram mobile site. In fact, it’s a little easier with Chrome than with Safari. Steps: • Open Chrome. • Go to View in the toolbar at the top of your screen. • Hover over Developer to reveal more options. • Select Developer Tools. You can also try the hotkey Command + Option + 1 to open the developer tools. • Look for the toggle device symbol along the top row of categories in the developer tools window. • Click on this icon to toggle between desktop, tablet, and mobile views.   6. Upload to Instagram from a Mac using a third-party app One of them is Flume, a third-party app for Mac. The free version allows you to access direct messaging, analytics, and a robust search feature, but if you want to upload photos and videos, you will need the paid version. M

  7. Steps: Here’s how to use Flume to post to Instagram from your Mac: • Get the paid version of Flume. • Log in using your Instagramcredentials. At the bottom of your Flume screen, you should see a camera icon. • Click on it to take a photo or upload one from your computer.  • Click on the brush icon to edit your photo or add filters using the slider tools. • Add a caption with or without hashtags to the text box below your photo. • Tag your photo with the location and/or other accounts.  • Click post to publish your photo to Instagram.
