Make good public speakers. Often speaking is a part of their service to the body. Not natural communicators. Some will train themselves to be good speakers. Frequently say things which are confusing or misleading. When in a leadership role, will want to think through communication carefully and may want to write out important messages in order to add clarity.

Key Questions to Identify the Exhorter • Do you value wisdom and constantly look for ways to make practical application of truth? • Do you prefer working with people rather than working with equipment, or data, or things? • Do you have to look in the face of those you’re talking with? • Do you like to tell personal stories to make a point? • Will you bend a scripture (or a truth) a bit to make an important point? • Do you like counseling and coaching others?

32. Key Questions to Identify the Server • Do you enjoy manual projects, working with your hands? • Do you have a good memory for small details? • Do you show love by deeds rather than by words? • Do you abhor being around clutter? • Do you feel lost if you don’t have clear direction and approval?

Key Questions to Identify the Giver • Do you give of your time and money freely? • Do you fully believe that all material resources come from God, and He will supply those who give to others? • Do you want your gifts to be of high quality, meeting a specific, private need? • Do you love to give without others knowing about it? (Tend to be secretive?) • Do you enjoy bargain hunting? • Do you possess natural business ability? Are you industrious?
