Pilot. Age 3-18. Nausea 2 Focal RLQ pain 2 Migration of pain to RLQ 1 Difficulty walking 1 Pain on percussion 2 ANC>6,750 6 ≤5 → low risk. CT scan will only be ordered after consultation with Pediatric Surgery Fellow or Attending if working diagnosis is appendicitis.
