  2. Bidis - The smoke from a bidis contains 3 times as much nicotine and carbon monoxide and 5 times as much tar as smoke from regular filtered cigarettes. Due to the higher nicotine levels bidis are more addictive than normal cigarettes

  3. Dissolvable • The tobacco companies are responding by introducing new smokeless and spit-less tobacco products that bypass restrictions on smoking. R. J. Reynolds has been test marketing several dissoluble tobacco products: sticks, orbs and strips. The products are made of finely milled tobacco held together with food grade binders. Tobacco sticks resemble toothpicks and will dissolve within 10 minutes when placed in the mouth.

  7. Hookah • Hookah smoking is not safer than cigarette smoking. Also known as narghile, shisha and goza, a hookah is a water pipe with a smoke chamber, a bowl, a pipe and a hose. Specially made tobacco is heated, and the smoke passes through water and is then drawn through a rubber hose to a mouthpiece.
